Work Experience at FARE

I have had a great time at FARE. I was looking to build up my confidence because before I went to FARE my confidence was really bad. This week I have done stuff like going to primary schools, working with people of all ages, doing clubs, helping out if members of staff need help and Young Voices. I also interviewed a volunteer and a parent. That helped my confidence because it's just me and one other person, so you're not getting any help from anyone. Now I am more confident talking to people I have never met. When the old FARE was at Rodgerfield I was going to that club for a while, and when it moved to Oakwood I thought it was going to be good. Volunteering at FARE is good because if you're doing anything you will get encouragement to do the right thing. Now I would love to be a youth worker.
