The princes trust programme is no longer run from John Wheatley college. You can get in contact with the Prince's directly and find out about programs in your area.

If you're unemployed, unexcited and unsure of your future, we have something to get you going: the Team programme.

The Team programme is designed to help develop:

• Core skills,
• Self confidence
• Motivation.

15 young people aged 16-25, both employed and unemployed, will spend 12 weeks together, having fun learning, helping the community, the environment and people in need.

One week away at an outdoor centre

During the there is a residential week, based at an outdoor centre. The week will be an intensive challenge designed to bring out the best in each team member.

Fun, challenging and rewarding, the Prince’s Trust can make a real difference to the lives of young people.

Benefits for participants

Students will still be able to claim all benefits whilst on the course, unless they are on New Deal.

All travel expenses will be reimbursed and breakfast and lunch will be provided.
