New Green Gym in Easterhouse
BTCV and Glasgow Life would like to invite you to join us at the launch of the Easterhouse Green Gym.
Green Gyms help people to improve their physical health and mental wellbeing by taking part in practical conservation work such as planting trees and gardening projects.
Green Gyms are fun, free, open to everyone and no previous experience is required to take part.

What is a Green Gym?
Green Gyms help people to improve their physical health and mental wellbeing by taking part in practical conservation work such as planting trees and gardening projects. Green Gyms are fun, free, open to everyone and no previous experience is required to take part.
Plans for Easterhouse Green Gym
In the coming months the Easterhouse Green Gym will be working in a number of local places, helping to look after woods, creating new garden areas and undertaking wildflower planting.
Try it out
During the launch event there will be an opportunity for you experience Green Gym for yourself and also to meet with the Green Gym Coordinator and our partners.

1.00pm Light buffet. Green Gym information boards, opportunities to ask questions and register as a Green Gym Volunteer.
1.40pm-2.40pm Green Gym practical session at Provan Hall Gardens
