Sandyhills Community Centre bursting with activity

The Sandyhill community and learning centre has a new timetable with even more activities for the people in the Sandyhills area.

Healthy Eating Day Wednesday 07/04/10

All are welcome to a healthy eating day at the community and learning centre between 12:30-3pm.

IT and language sessions

Sandyhill Learning Centre

Sandyhill has been successful in attracting people to the sessions already up and running. There are more than ten people attending volunteer IT drop in sessions on Monday & Wednesday. Another IT class is also well attended. On the language side there is Spanish and English in the offering with two classes a week for each language.

Sunday dinner club for 60+

On the first Sundays every month the table is set for the older generation's dinner club. Welcome to sample a soup, main meal and a sweet, for only £1.50 and the friendly banter comes free.
