Course Invitation

Community Development course invitationA new programme, aimed at people who have experience of working in the community and who would like to undertake training at college will start in September.

Training and placement

Training will be based at John Wheatley College, Easterhouse Campus and there will also be a placement within a local community organisation. The training and placement will be 14 hours per week which does not affect any benefits.

The course will run from 14th September 2009 until the beginning of June 2010. It will be college based for the first 6 to 8 weeks - 3½ hours per day over four days.

The programme is operated in partnership by Glasgow East Regeneration Agency and John Wheatley College.

There will be two information sessions where you can find out more and talk to the organisers.

 Wednesday 19 August 2009, 10am - 11am.
