‘Bookable on the day’ appointments are also available for urgent and routine appointments. 

Surgery times:

9.00 – 11.40am
2.00 - 4.00pm or 3.30 - 5.30 pm

Health Visitor Clinics

Tues  1.30pm – 3.00pm

Home visits

Home visits should be requested only for the seriously ill or housebound.  If possible telephone before 11a.m. A doctor or nurse may ‘phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice.

Registering as a Patient

If you wish to register as a patient at our practice, please ask the receptionist for a new patient form.  When you have completed and signed the form return it to our reception desk. You will be asked for proof of identification for our records.

If you prefer a particular doctor we will note this and do our best to respect your choice. However, not all doctors in the practice provide all services and specific doctors may not be immediately available.

Repeat prescriptions

If we have given you a repeat order slip please hand it to the receptionist or post it to us before your medicine runs out. You can collect the prescription 24 hours later. You can also order repeat prescriptions from 11am – 4pm by phone.
