Self-support group run by members. Anyone who is or who has suffered from mental health illness can become a member. Carers and family members are encouraged to attend if they want to and refreshments/hot meals are available at a small cost. Group activities are decided by members and can include art, writing, cookery, decoupage, literacy and computer skills. Support is also provided to members to attend meetings, tribunals/hearings and assistance given in the completion of a variety of forms e.g. benefits, housing etc.
