Health Walks
A health walk is a free, short, gentle and friendly led walk up to 2 ½ miles long for all ages and abilities led by trained volunteers. They are a great way to take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle and meet new people.

Easy Walks in Glasgow East
Easterhouse
Tuesdays 10am. We meet at the hub, Wellhouse Cres, G33 4LA. Leader is Eddie Andrews and you can contact him on 0141 781 2132
Easterhouse
Wednesdays 9am. We meet at FARE, Bannatyne House, 31 Drumlanrig Avenue, G34 0JF. Leader is Robert and you can contact him on 0141 771 9151.
Ruchazie
Sundays 2pm & Tuesday 10am. We meet at Ruchazie Community Church, Elibank Street. Leaders are Tina or Eildon and you can contact them on 0141 774 2759.
Tollcross
Monday 11am. We meet in Tollcross Park by the entrance to the Children’s Farm, Wellshot Road. The leader is Heather Macleod and she can be contacted at 0141 287 0963.
