New Green Gym in Easterhouse
BTCV and Glasgow Life would like to invite you to join us at the launch of the Easterhouse Green Gym.
Green Gyms help people to improve their physical health and mental wellbeing by taking part in practical conservation work such as planting trees and gardening projects.
Green Gyms are fun, free, open to everyone and no previous experience is required to take part.

Big Lottery Funding for John Wheatley College Programme
John Wheatley College’s award-winning ‘Transitions to Learning and Work’ pilot programme for vulnerable young people has been awarded Big Lottery Funding of more than half a million pounds to develop and expand its valuable work.

Wonderful week of diversity at John Wheatley College
John Wheatley College’s students have, in the past week, helped to mount one of the best Week of Diversity events yet. This themed event, on St Andrew’s Day, has successfully been going for several years now.

David Stewart is one of the two recently elected Members of Scottish Youth Parliament for Glasgow Shettleston Constituency, which covers areas of Bridgeton, Calton, Dalmarnock, Barrowfield, Dennistoun, Carmyle, Sandyhills, Tollcross, Parkhead, Mount Vernon, Carmyle and Cranhill.
